The UC Botanical Garden is a non-profit research garden and museum. Established in 1890, the Garden, which has a notably diverse plant collection including many rare and endangered plants is open to the public year round. Don’t miss the greenhouse that holds the carnivorous plants!
Open daily, 9am-5pm, closed the first Tuesday of every month, Thanksgiving Day, December 24 and 25, December 31, January 1, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Parking is available in a lot located across the street from the main entrance to the Garden, $1 per hour.
Adult - $10, juniors (13-17) - $5, children (5-12) - $2, children under 5 – free.
Free First Wednesday of every month.

Filoli is one of the finest remaining country estates of the early 20th century, with a huge formal Garden, historic House, art exhibits and more.
Filoli Gardens offer a variety of classes and activities for families: hikes, orchard walks, botanical art, and more.
Open Tuesday – Saturday, 10am–3:30pm and Sunday 11am–3:30pm.
Adults - $20, juniors (5-17) - $10, children 4 and under – free.
