Everybody loves a parade, and Alameda's annual Mayor's Fourth of July extravaganza is one of the largest and longest Independence Day parade in the nation.

Celebrate July 4th onboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Hornet! Complete with live music, food, classic cars and activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Come celebrate our nation's 241st birthday! Competitions for the whole family, rousing patriotic music, magic shows, Patterson house tours, train rides and more!  
Fee: Adults $10; Seniors $8; Kids (4-17yrs) $5; 3 years and under free.

Fremont 4th of July Parade - 10am-1pm
Celebrate our nations Independence Day with thousands of parade onlookers! Come early, reserve your spot, and join in the fun while watching whimsical floats, fantastic giant balloons, and marching bands. There may be a few surprises too!


HALF MOON BAY

Half Moon Bay's beloved Ol' Fashioned 4th of July Parade takes over Main Street transforming the charming downtown into a pulsating Coastsider take on a mini-Mardi Gras style celebration.
LIVERMORE


LOS ALTOS
Gather at Town Hall beginning at 9:30am for the annual parade!


LOS GATOS
Come relax and enjoy the downtown businesses and family friendly activities.

Performance by the San Jose Wind Symphony at the Oak Meadow Park.


MARTINEZ
MENLO PARK
Kids are encouraged to decorate their bike or wagon for this fun-filled people parade. The parade concludes at Burgess Park where from Noon-2:30 pm you can enjoy activities including: inflatable jump houses, giant slides, games, crafts, face painting, rock walls and more. 



MORGAN HILL
Freedom Run 6:30am - 5K Run & Walk / Kid’s 1 Mile Run


MILPITAS
Fireworks and concert featuring The HouseRockers. Admission - $3.

Free. Admission is first come, first serve. Entry is not guaranteed.  

MOUNTAIN VIEW
31st Annual 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular With the San Francisco Symphony.

NEWARK
Join the county's firefighters for the Annual 4th of July Pancake Breakfast at Station 27.



OAKLAND
This festive day will fill the waterfront with activities and entertainment for both parents and children. Free to attend, the July 4th Backyard BBQ will also feature tasty treats, music and much more.

USS Potomac Cruise on Franklin Roosevelt’s “Floating White House” the USS Potomac to Fireworks locations along San Francisco Bay. Appetizers, Sumptuous Deserts, Champagne, Tea, Coffee and Water will be served to celebrate Independence Day.

Food, Entertainment, and Fun Music by Ann Gibson and Frederick Hodges. 
Adults - $15, Children 5-11 - $5 (Under 5 free), admission includes BBQ lunch.


PACIFICA

Summer Festival & Chili Cook-Off - 12-5pm
Festivities include Food, Beer, Margaritas, Chili, Live Music, Ice Cream, and an area for kids where they can enjoy art projects, face painting, fun sporting activities, games and more.

Museum admission will be half-price that day: $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for seniors and students and, as always, free for kids five and under.


Parade Run - 8am
Parade Run kicks off Redwood City's highly popular and famous 4th of July Parade. This family-friendly 5K race is open to runners, walkers, and strollers of all ages and abilities.
